Kimberly Reinke – CEO/Owner

Kimberly Reinke has been in the interior design industry for 30+ years, with experience in business design development and project management. Kimberly graduated from CDI in St. Louis, MO. Her passion for design is demonstrated in her drive to bring innovative interiors to every client with quality products and expedient service.

As principal of SPIRE Design & Construction, she has won awards for projects throughout the Denver Metro Area in the multi-family market. She has also worked nationally with resort properties. Kimberly leverages her outstanding relationship-building skills to help her understand each customer’s unique design needs to produce spaces that connect on an emotional level.

Tony Shafer – Chief of Development, Design & Construction

Tony is a proud Colorado native. He developed a love of design and construction at an early age, as founder of The Deck Company in 1992 at the age of 16. These early opportunities inspired him to pursue education in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder. He received his Architecture Master’s degree in 2001. In 2005 he completed his licensure exam to practice architecture. Over the next 20 years, he has been a prominent builder and architect with projects averaging over $5 million+. To date, he has built over $300 million in construction projects from their design to final occupancy and all stages in-between. With his vast range of professional experience, he is providing expert general contracting and architectural services for both commercial and residential construction projects. He is very proud of the mark he is making in the design and construction markets, and is looking forward to using his vast experiences to positively impact his next professional endeavors.

Jason Polston – President of Construction

Jason brings over 20 years of experience in varying capacities on over 100 projects exceeding $3 billion. Jason has led management and operational teams on numerous projects, developed and directed project teams, and been responsible for critical planning, business development, construction services, and project cost management. These projects include award-winning multi-family, luxury resorts and hospitality projects, along with residential, commercial and development projects. Jason graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Jason is certified as a National Standard General Building Contractor (A), licensed Building Contractor/Supervisor and is a certified InterNACHI Home Inspector through Allied Business School.

Laura McCambridge – Director of Design

Laura McCambridge has been in the interior design field for 30+ years. After graduating from the Colorado Institute of Art in 1995, Laura began her journey and dream of being an established Interior Designer. Laura’s design career began as a Junior Designer, quickly moving into a Senior Designer position and now holds the Director of Design role at Spire Design Studio. In addition to Laura being a master graduate of the Rapport Leadership Institute in Las Vegas, NV, Laura has also taken the four courses necessary towards the MIRM certification (NAHB). Laura’s dedication, hard work and expertise has led her to receive numerous awards nationwide including gold and silver awards at NAHB Nationals and Denver’s own MAME awards. Her projects have also been featured in several magazines and publications. Laura continues her passion for design by creating personalized and innovative design trends while listening to and implementing client needs.
